It is one of the important water-soluble compounds. Its speed of absorbing water varies with different derivative ions. It has the properties of flocculation, thickening, shearing, anti-reduction, dispersion, etc.
It could be made to four series, e.g., non-ion, cationic, anion and cationic& anionic composite.
Different molecular weights can be used as per the different applications for the products performance and the requirements from the clients.
 

1.1Non-ion, Cationic, Anion Emulsion Polyacrylamide 
Non-ion, Cationic, Anion Emulsion PAM, polymerized in the oil phase is one of high efficiency liquid flocculants with high molecular weight, instant, high stability. It is used for water treatment in oil $ gas drilling, mining, sewage, and paper making retention, etc.

 Handling, Storage and transportation:
Polyacrylamide is non-toxic, but harmful to gastrointestinal mucous membrane only when it would be taken to reach more than 5 per thousand of its suction volume.
Acrylamide monomer Residuesin polyacrylamide product is toxic and it will be strictly limited in the food.
 
Applications:
Moistureproof packing shall be taken during the handling, storage and transportation.
 
Package:
25kgs net in one plastic pail/drum or 1 m3 net in one IBC plastic tank.

Description of Products


(1) Cationic Polyacrylamide

Cationic PAM, from which cationic monomer is copolymerized with acrylamide, is a water soluble and linear organic polymer with high molecular weight that is up to 12 million.
Application:
It is one of flocculants used as chemicals in the oil fields, such as, anti-clay-swelling agent, oilfield acidification thickener, oily waste water treatment agent, etc.
 
(2) Anionic Polyacrylamide

Anionic PAM, co-polymerized by both acrylamide and acrylate monomer, is an ultra-high molecular weight polymer that is up to 30 million.
Application:
It is used as chemicals in the oil fields, such as, oil displacing agent for tertiary oil recovery (TOR), Plugging agent, acidification and Fracturing fluid Drag reducer, Fracturing fluid additives, etc.
 

(3) Nonionic Polyacrylamide

Nonionic PAM, homo-polymerized by acrylamide, is a polyacrylamide with high molecular weight, high purity, lower ion, good solubility. It is one of additives used in sewage treatment.
 

(4) Zwiterionic Polyacrylamide

Zwiterionic PAM, co-polymerized by cationic monomer, and acrylate monomer and hydrolytic reagent. It is water treatment flocculants better than cationic PAM and anionic PAM alone by lowering the surface tension in fluid phase at the same working condition. It is usually used in water treatment that water condition and its contents are complicated, for example, oil refinery plant, chemical plant, etc.
 

(5) New Products: Thermal-tolerant& Salt-resistant Polyacrylamide

Thermal-tolerant& Salt-resistant PAM, co-polymerized by acrylamide, self-developed thermal-tolerant& salt-resistant monomer and AMPS, is a polymer with ultrahigh molecular weight and good solubility. It has much higher viscosity (appearance viscosity>15) and better solubility (filtering ratio<1.2) than others.
It is especially used in tertiary oil recovery for enhancing oil rate to ensure stable and high crude oil yield and achieve successive economic benefits.
The main technical characteristics would be adjusted as per the client’s requirements.
